Charles F. Starck, RA, AIA – Principal
With more than four decades of architectural experience, Charles brings proven leadership across a broad range of projects in the U.S. and abroad. Licensed in multiple U.S. states, he is recognized nationally for his pioneering and expertise in mass timber design - having led the design and delivery of the first mass timber hotel in the country at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.
Charles leads each project with a collaborative, hands-on approach, assembling teams of architects, designers, and engineers whose expertise aligns with the project’s technical and programmatic goals. His commitment to design/build and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methods ensures design integrity, budget control, and performance at every stage.
Charles is an approved architect for multiple IHG brands—including Holiday Inn, Candlewood Suites, and Staybridge Suites.
